Need help with Birthly? We're here to help.
Tap "Add contact" → "Import" tab. Birthly will request permission to read your phone's contacts so you can pick which ones to add. Only the name and phone number of the contacts you select are saved to your Birthly account — birthdays are entered manually by you afterwards. Contacts you don't pick stay on your device.
Each AI-generated birthday message uses 1 credit. New accounts receive 3 free welcome credits valid for 30 days. Paid credit packs are valid for 365 days from purchase.
All in-app purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Make sure notifications are enabled in iOS Settings → Birthly → Notifications, and that the master toggle in Birthly's Settings → Notifications is on.
Settings → scroll to Critical Actions → Delete account. This permanently removes your data from our servers.
